Nope, my timeline is done. The shit you complain about doesn't fit my theory. You have your own theory so out with it.

All you are doing now is stonewalling everyone, putting conditions on revealing your super secret conspiracy theory. It's obvious an inexplicable cowardice on an anonymous message board.

I already said what I think happened.

Just say what you think really happened.

I am not stopping you.

No one is stopping you.You never finished your stupid timeline, but it was fun watching you cry about some super secret conspiracy theory you thought I had.

What I thought happened was obvious by the questions I asked. I asked people if they thought it was just a big coincidence that the same firm that composed the piss dossier had two associates in the meeting with Trump Jr, along with a Hillary State Department connection. I don't think it was a coincidence, I think Fusion GPS set up Trump Jr with the meeting.

As for the conspiracy theories, the Profiling Project says those are unfounded, given that Rich did not die immediately at the scene: “A professional killer, whose sole job would have been to terminate Seth, did not accomplish their mission prior to escaping.”

“If this were a professional hit person, they failed,” says Doherty, the team member. “Nothing we’ve seen supports [the theory of] an assassin.”

But given statistics, the circumstances around Rich’s death are unusual, the report states. “We may never know why Seth was targeted for attack, but we do know that so many nonroutine events had to take place prior to the interaction that it was not statistically random,” the researchers write. Those anomalies include Rich being out at around 4 a.m. and the fact that he was white, since only 6 percent of unsolved homicides in D.C. in 2016 involved non-African-Americans, according to the report.

"The murderer, according to the Profiling Project, “brought a most likely unregistered firearm to the crime scene, utilized the firearm and most likely carried the firearm away from the crime scene.” The report continues, “That the crime scene appeared to be almost sanitized (no firearms casings were reported to be found, no physical evidence was reported), and that there does not appear to be excessive use of force (as only two shots were reported), the offender does not appear to be psychotic.”

The researchers believe there was just one shooter. That shooter could have been a serial killer or serial murderer, according to the report, which uses the FBI’s definition for an offender who kills two or more people in separate events. “With such a sanitized crime scene and no emotional indications,” the report says, “this is not Offender[’s] first kill.”

It was a hit.

The Fusion Chalupa conspiracy is yours. The burden is on you to present it in a way that makes anything approaching sense. You have failed to do that so far. All you do is throw out names, fold your arms and expect everyone to buy this load of shit.

You need an actual theory. I haven't looked to terribly hard but no one to my knowledge has done anything more than spit out a bunch of names like you have.

I have already posted my theory. I think Putin knew about this meeting since there are only three degrees of separation between Daddeh Trump and Putin himself from all that we know for facts. You can't even suggest what a full Fusion Chalupa theory could be. I can't either, since it's bullshit.

"Mr. Putin is not the head of a democracy. But Mr. Trump certainly is. Somebody better remind him of that and fast, and the rest of his family as well.

Secret meetings with the Russians?

Forgotten meetings with the Russians?

What the heck is going on?

The cloud of suspicion is thicker than my late-grandmother’s Texas chili. We grant a presumption of innocence in our court system, but a prosecutor with a case is allowed to pursue it.

And we have a case here. We have a special council looking into it, but we also have a press, the Congress and all the others who need to be keeping this in check.

Presidents should be able to have backchannel communications. It is not the public’s right to know everything.

But this is a direct communication with an adversary who has tried to undermine our democracy.

This is a foreign power that has many suspicious ties to the President, his family and his closest aides.

What is President Trump talking to Mr. Putin about?

What secret deals or promises were made?

What are he and his closest confidents trying to hide?

It’s high time we started getting some satisfactory answers.

This is not about politics.

It’s about the sanctity of our democratic institutions.

The Presidency of the United States is a great responsibility.

But in that responsibility is a need for accountability.

Putin does not have a transparent government.

We do, or at least are supposed to have one."

“Set aside Putin and follow the money”: a Russia expert’s theory of the Trump scandal

Why the collusion story begins with money, not politics.

Gunitsky, who was raised in Russia, has followed the evolving relationship between Donald Trump and Russia for more than a decade.

He says the prevailing narrative about Putin interfering in the American election in order to undermine democracy is wildly overstated.

Putin is happy to sow confusion and distrust in America’s system, of course, but to assume that’s the basis of this operation is to overlook a much simpler motive: money.

The financial connections between Trump and various Russian banks and oligarchs (business elites with ties to the Kremlin) stretch back decades, which is likely a big reason why Trump won’t release his tax returns.

Trump’s election, Gunitsky contends, presented Russian oligarchs with an opportunity to recoup losses and leverage Trump’s debts for political gain.

Trump only stipulated to it so he could get the chance at that mop, 21.

If he hadn't mopped he'd a reneged.

Don't be surprised if before he goes into the dust that is always the end he doesn't renege.

Trump Melts Down After His Secret Meeting With Putin Is Exposed

Trump went into a full blown fit on social media, even breaking out his complaint about fake news, after his secret meeting with Putin at the G-20 was exposed

Trump is intentionally trying to redefine the meaning of secret.

The meeting was secret not based on who else was in the room, but the fact that there was

no English interpreter,

no transcript of the conversation for the record, and most importantly, it

was not disclosed to the American people.

When a president holds meetings with hostile foreign powers and doesn’t make any public acknowledgment of them, that president is keeping a secret.

Trump called reports of the meeting “fake news,” but he confirmed that the meeting happened by describing all of the other people in the room while he was talking to Putin.

New Details Emerge Proving Trump Campaign and Russia Both Went After Online Clinton Supporters

Were they working in parallel or together?

Donald Trump’s campaign was working in parallel with Russian anti-Hillary Clinton propaganda efforts, although the specific nature of their cooperation has yet to emerge,

As congressional investigators and journalists compare timelines of anti-Clinton social messaging on FaceBook and Twitter in October 2016 with statements by officials high up in Trump’s campaign and some family members, it's becoming clear that the micro-targeting of Clinton voters in swing states like Michigan and Wisconsin was certainly done by the Trump campaign—and also possibly done by Russia.

The big unanswered question is just how closely coordinated those operations were.

the old journalist maxim of “follow the money” has turned into “follow the data” under Trump. He writes (http://www.philly.com/philly/columnists/will_bunch/the-key-to-the-trump-russia-scandal-follow-the-data-20170713.html), “The campaign’s data effort was overseen by President Trump’s son-in-law and arguably his closest adviser, Jared Kushner.” Bunch points to investigative reporting (http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/nation-world/national/article160803619.html#storylink=cpy) by the McClatchy News Service published last week. McClatchy wrote (http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/nation-world/national/article160803619.html#storylink=cpy):

“Investigators at the House and Senate Intelligence committees and the Justice Department are examining

whether the Trump campaign’s digital operation—overseen by Jared Kushner—helped guide Russia’s sophisticated voter targeting and fake news attacks on Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Congressional and Justice Department investigators are focusing on

whether Trump’s campaign pointed Russian cyber operatives to certain voting jurisdictions in key states—areas where Trump’s digital team and Republican operatives were spotting unexpected weakness in voter support for Hillary Clinton,

according to several people familiar with the parallel inquiries.”

What was different about last year’s political messaging, however, was

the proliferation of fake news: stories, memes, attacks and websites all intentionally designed to discourage Clinton voters via Facebook and Twitter.

These put a new twist on an old political campaign tactic: slinging mud via negative ads.

“Social media accounts and pages were created to amplify news accounts of and direct people to the stolen data. From there, organic proliferation of the messaging and data through authentic peer groups and networks was inevitable.”

Donald Trump’s campaign bombarded (https://www.justsecurity.org/41199/connecting-dots-political-microtargeting-russia-investigation-cambridge-analytica/) swing-state Democrats with political ads/fake news, some of which was content based on stolen information gained by Russian hacks of the DNC and Clinton campaign.

One thing I’ve heard about the focus of the Senate Intelligence Committee’s investigation into the Russian hacking is that the sophistication and the preciseness of the targeting is something that’s being looked at closely. Specifically that Russian bots were targeting Clinton voters at the precinct level to suppress their vote with fake news, and that that level of expertise would require data from a targeting firm, like Cambridge Analytica, for example.

When you see some of the explanation and some of the fact that

it appears that, for example, women and African Americans were targeted in places like Wisconsin and Michigan,

where the Democrats were too brain-dead to realize those states were even in play.…

It was interesting that those states seem to be targeted where the bots — where they could create a lot of these fake Twitter and Facebook accounts, could in fact overwhelm the targeted search engines that would end up saying on your news feed,

you suddenly got stuff that “Hillary Clinton’s sick” or “Hillary Clinton’s stealing money from the State Department.”

I get the fact that the Russian intel services could figure out how to manipulate and use the bots. Whether they could know how to target states and levels of voters that the Democrats weren’t even aware of really raises some questions. I think that’s a worthwhile area of inquiry.

How did they know to go to that level of detail in those kinds of jurisdictions?JustSecurity.org’s report (https://www.justsecurity.org/41199/connecting-dots-political-microtargeting-russia-investigation-cambridge-analytica/) goes to the data-mining operation the Trump campaign used,

Cambridge Analytica, which was underwritten by the reclusive billionaire investor Robert Mercer

“Firstly, hackers steal damaging emails from senior Democrats.

Secondly, the stories based on this hacked information appear on Twitter and Facebook,

posted by thousands of automated 'bots,' then on Russia’s English-language outlets, RT and Sputnik, then right-wing U.S. ‘news’ sites such as Infowars and Breitbart, then Fox and the mainstream media.”

You are correct if you think this sounds like Trump’s campaign and the Russians were running in similar circles to attack the Clinton campaign.

“The main element of the Russian intervention in the election had to do with gathering political data about tens of millions of Americans, and

then using Facebook and other platforms to target fake news to people who were regarded as susceptible,

especially in the last weeks before the election,

which probably determined the outcome in critical states that were targeted,”

The question that is emerging now

is not whether Trump and the Russians were targeting swing-state Democrats on social media in 2016, but

whether they were operating in parallel or coordinating closely.

http://www.alternet.org/election-2016/new-details-emerge-showing-trump-campaign-and-russia-were-same-cyber-mudslinging#15003811023262&action=expand_widget&id=0&data=?utm_source=fark&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=im

Nasty capitalist Mercer? also finances Breitbart, and got Bannon, Gorka, KAC, and S Miller implicated deeply into the Trash campaign, and eventually into the Trash Exec, maybe Trash returning the favor the Mercer for his election-swinging corruption.

Maybe Mercer's operation Cambridge Analytica gave data directly to the Russians.

5 troubling questions about Trump’s secret meeting with Putin

The previously undisclosed conversation remains shrouded in secrecy.

Why was Trump trying to keep the conversation secret?

There was “no official United States government record” of Trump’s second meeting with Putin and the press was not informed it took place. The conversation was only confirmed after Ian Bremmer, a political scientist and consultant, exposed it.

How long did the conversation last?

Bremmer and others report that the undisclosed conversation between Trump and Putin lasted about an hour.

Jim Sciutto JimSciutto

This is not a pull-aside. Not an informal chat: Trump-Putin meeting "nearly an hour", aide says

6:45 PM - 18 Jul 2017 · Manhattan, NY

What did Trump want to talk to Putin about that he couldn’t say in front of Secretary of State Rex Tillerson?

President Trump had just completed more than a two-hour meeting with Putin and Sergey Lavrov, the Russian minister of foreign affairs.

The only other American in that meeting, other than the translator, was Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. What did Trump want to talk about with Putin that

he couldn’t have discussed in the meeting where Tillerson was present?

Why did Trump use Putin’s translator?

In the conversation, Trump and Putin relied on Putin’s translator. Ordinarily, as was the case in their public meeting, both sides have their own translator.

What did Trump and Putin talk about?

Even with several witnesses, there was substantial controversy about what was discussed at Trump’s first meeting with Putin. Lavrov claimed that Trump accepted Putin’s claim that Russia did not interfere in the election. Trump and Tillerson did not directly confirm or rebut the Russian account.

"MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russian lawyer who met Donald Trump Jr after his father won the 2016 U.S. Republican presidential nomination has said she is ready to testify to Congress to dispel what she called “mass hysteria” about the encounter."

Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya told RT she is ready to testify before the US Congress on her controversial meeting with Donald Trump Jr. during last year’s presidential campaign in America.

The attorney, who met with Donald Trump Jr. during his father's campaign for the presidency, said she knows who was behind the "mass hysteria" related to the meeting.

She accuses Magnitsky Act lobbyist William Browder of masterminding the disinformation campaign, aiming to harm her as revenge for a recent defeat he suffered in a US court in at the hands of a team of lawyers that included Veselnitskaya.

“I have absolutely no doubt that this whole information [campaign] is being spun, encouraged and organized by that very man as revenge for the defeat he suffered in the court of the Southern State of New York in the ‘Prevezon’ company case,” she said.

Veselnitskaya was one of the legal experts who represented Cyprus-based holding company Prevezon, owned by Russian businessman Denis Katsyv, in its defense against allegations of money laundering.

The case, which was launched in 2013, ended in a settlement in May this year with no admission of guilt by Prevezon.

"He wasn't able to convince the court with his lousy human tragedy that actually never happened, about the fate of a dead man – who he only learnt about after his death," Veselnitskaya said, referring to the 2009 death of Russian lawyer and auditor Sergey Magnitsky in a Moscow detention center.

Browder, the CEO of Hermitage Capital Investment company, is a big name in Russia, known mostly for his business dealings there in the 1990s and his economic crimes. He was also the boss of the late Magnitsky.

He has remained one of the main vocal opponents of the Kremlin, long after leaving Russia.

Veselnitskaya also said that Browder and his team began spying on her before her meeting with Trump Jr.

“It’s been revealed that Mr Browder and his team have been gathering information about my family,” she told RT, adding that Browder’s team “found photos of my house and sent them to Kyle Parker… a famous man in the House of Representatives, who worked for Mr Browder for many years – and not for any congressmen or congress as a whole.”

An email reportedly containing a photo of Veselnitskaya’s house was discovered in a trove of emails published online by an unidentified party. It was allegedly obtained from the account of a US State Department intelligence official tasked with monitoring Russia. The email was presumably sent by Browder to Parker on June 6, 2016.

https://cdn.rt.com/files/2017.07/original/596eed1fdda4c87b0e8b4567.jpg

Veselnitskaya said the meeting with Trump Jr. was aimed at informing him about Browder and his actions.

“I am already tired of talking about it, but apparently nobody wants to hear. This was the story that I brought to Donald Trump Jr. I wanted him to know that Browder, a person who gave up his US citizenship, is trying to manipulate people in Congress,” she said.

Browder, according to Veselnitskaya, used the meeting as ammunition to harm both her and the Kremlin.

Now Veselnitskaya is ready to testify to the Senate. Her only condition is that she receives security guarantees.

“If the Senate wishes to hear the real story, I will be happy to speak up and share everything I wanted to tell Mr. Trump,” she added, referring to the economic crimes that Browder is suspected of in Russia.

"I will share everything I know about this situation when millions came into my country and billions left it – and nobody paid taxes.”

Browder was sentenced in absentia to nine years in prison for tax evasion. According to the 2013 court verdict, Browder together with Magnitsky failed to pay over 552 million rubles in taxes (about US$16 million).

The businessman was also found guilty of illegally buying shares in the country’s natural gas monopoly, Gazprom, costing Russia at least 3 billion rubles (US$100 million).

The Magnitsky Act is a 2012 law that allows the United States to seize assets from a number of alleged Russian human rights abusers, as well as barring them from entering the country. Russia retaliated by prohibiting American families from adopting Russian children.

The program had initially been put in place by the Obama administration to put pressure on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, a known war criminal who, only three months ago, was accused of using chemical weapons against his own people.

Trump’s decision, however, would directly benefit the Russians, whose pro-Assad campaign has been underway for the last two years.

The move is seen as a major concession to the Kremlin, even within the intelligence community.

Trump Just Helped Russia In Syria. Lindsey Graham’s Response Is Going Viral

The Washington Post reported today that

Trump has decided to end the covert CIA program to arm anti-Assad rebels in Syria, thereby aiding pro-Assad Moscow in the process.

Lindsay Graham (R-SC) immediately hit back at Trump and the implications of his unilateral decision.

But, this is also on Trump. He should have fired everyone of merit (Comey, et al) before the sun set on the 20th of January. "Get up---Get your shit---Get out."

He should have fired Sessions after he recused himself, but, of course he couldn't. And he won't be able to until this Russian thing is over.

Trump Just Lashed Out At His Attorney General Over The Russia Investigation

Trump wants minions, not collaborators in governance. For him, abject obedience and unquestioning loyalty outrank morality and competence. Those who displease him are quickly thrown to the wolves.

Trump told The New York Times that he would never have nominated Jeff Sessions to be his Attorney General if he had known in advance that he would recuse himself from the Russia investigation. Sessions chose to do so after it was revealed that he had undisclosed meetings with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the campaign.

“Sessions should have never recused himself and if he was going to recuse himself he should have told me before he took the job and I would have picked somebody else,” Trump told the Times.

“I don’t think we’re under investigation. I’m not under investigation. For what? I didn’t do anything wrong,” he told the Times.

Trump Just Drew A “Red Line” For The Trump-Russia Special Prosecutor

Mr. Trump said Mr. Mueller was running an office rife with conflicts of interest and

warned that investigators would cross a red line if they delve into Trump family finances unrelated to Russia.

Trump never said he would order the Justice Department to fire Mr. Mueller, nor would he outline circumstances under which he might do so.

But he left open the possibility as he expressed deep grievance over an investigation that has taken a political toll in the six months since he took office.

Asked if Mr. Mueller’s investigation would cross a red line if it expands to look at his family’s finances beyond any relationship to Russia, Mr. Trump said, “I would say yes.”

He would not say what he would do about it. “I think that’s a violation.

Look, this is about Russia.”

Pootin invested in Manafort, too

NYT: Manafort Owed Pro-Russia Interests Millions Before Joining Trump Team

Paul Manafort owed millions of dollars to pro-Russia interests before he became President Donald Trump’s campaign chairman last year, the New York Times reported (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/19/us/politics/paul-manafort-russia-trump.html?_r=1)late Wednesday.

According to the New York Times report (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/19/us/politics/paul-manafort-russia-trump.html?_r=1), which cited financial records filed in Cyprus in 2016, Manafort — who kept bank accounts in the low tax jurisdiction — owed as much as $17 million to pro-Russia interests.

Shell companies connected to Manafort’s work for the now-defunct pro-Russian Party of Regions owed the money, according to the report.

Deutsche Bank expects subpoenas over Trump-Russia investigation

Source reveals Robert Mueller’s team and Trump’s exclusive bankers have established informal contacts and requests for information are forthcoming

Executives inside Deutsche Bank, Donald Trump’s personal bankers, are expecting that the bank will soon be receiving subpoenas

or other requests for information from Robert Mueller (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/robert-mueller), the special counsel who is investigating possible collusion between the Kremlin and the Trump campaign.

A person close to the matter who spoke to the Guardian on the condition of anonymity said that

Mueller’s team and the bank have already established informal contact in connection to the federal investigation.
There were signs this week that any effort by Mueller to to pursue documents about Trump’s personal finances will be met with intense criticism by the White House.

When asked by the New York Times whether he believed Mueller would be crossing a red line if he expanded his probe to include an examination of Trump’s personal finances, the president said it would cross a line. “I think that’s a violation,” he said.

Deutsche’s relationship with Trump and questions about hundreds of millions in loans have dogged the German bank and the White House for months.

They have also been the subject of intense scrutiny among some Democrats on Capitol Hill (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/may/24/deutsche-bank-trump-accounts-audit-democrats-russia), who have demanded the bank turn over detailed information about the president’s accounts.

https://www.theguardian.com/business/2017/jul/19/deutsche-bank-donald-trump-russia-investigation-subpoenas?mc_cid=4b5a816e7a&mc_eid=47e367557b (https://www.theguardian.com/business/2017/jul/19/deutsche-bank-donald-trump-russia-investigation-subpoenas?mc_cid=4b5a816e7a&mc_eid=47e367557b)

What would have to happen for you to be concerned?

RandomGuy
07-20-2017, 08:46 AM
I am very interested in what he will do. You may give it short shrift, but it is a testable theory, that can make a prediction.

The prediction is that he will do nothing, or as close to nothing as he can. He consistently deals harshly, especially rhetorically, with just about every country but Russia.

Predicting what Trump will, or won't do is sort of a mugs game, for the most part.

The thing about a good theory though, it that it both explains facts, and you can make testable predictions.

Fact 1:
Russia attempted to hack our electoral process through a multi-pronged attack.

Fact 2:
Donald "look how big my inauguration crowd was" Trump has done nothing but deny this even happened. He has shown no willingness whatsoever to hold Russia to account for anything.

Fact 3:
Donald Trump has a pattern of criticizing anyone, and everyone at the drop of a hat. Allies, enemies, courts, free press, nothing has escaped his remarks and twitter feed, except for ONE/(two) thing(s), and that is Russia/Putin

Fact 4:
Russian efforts appeared designed to support Trump

Fact 5:
Trump directly called on Russia publicly to support his efforts to get elected.

Theory:
Donald Trump has been compromised in some way. Either he directly owes them money, or they have evidence of some kind of him breaking the law or doing something he does not want others to know about.

This theory explains those facts, and is fully consistent with observed reality.

Prediction:
Donald Trump will take no action personally, nor will he criticize Russia or Putin in any way in regards to the Russian attack on our elections. He may allow his underlings to do some minor, inconsequential stuff, and if forced to do anything by Congress will drag his feet, if not outright attempt to veto any sanctions.

The way to falsify the theory:
1) Trump criticizes Putin/Russia (good)
2) Trump orders/takes action that materially harms Russian interests (definitive)

Bullshit conspiracy theories fail very often because either: they cannot be falsified, or they directly conflict with observed reality. This theory can be falsified, and does not conflict with what we know as fact.

Donald Trump is unpredictable except for Russia.

I think his past shady business dealings are becoming leverage against him because people with resources and motivation to dig, such as large nation states like China and Russia, are going to come up with things that he would prefer not to be known. This would also explains both his refusal to release his taxes, and his retention of control of his business enterprises. If he cedes too much operational control of those businesses, the possibility of some of those financial records getting out goes up.

--------------------------------------------------

This theory predicts that Trump will give Putin things he wants.

Putin wants the US to stop arming Assad's opponents.

Trump Quietly Gives Putin What He Wants
https://www.commentarymagazine.com/foreign-policy/middle-east/syria/trump-quietly-gives-putin-wants/

Until now, the notion that Donald Trump was providing Russia and Vladimir Putin with concessions at the expense of U.S. interests was poorly supported. That all changed on Wednesday afternoon when the Washington Post revealed that Donald Trump ordered his national security advisor and CIA director to scrap a program that provided covert aid to anti-Assad rebels in Syria.

PeePee tape guys dossier, which you haven't read, also details a sustained, high-level effort by the Trump campaign to coordinate with Russia.

That latter part is fully consistent with:

Trump campaign insiders lying about meeting with Russians. I can give you the full list if you want.

The most disturbing part of the Trump Jr. meeting is the money laundering angle, which you will not see on Fox News for a reason, but is far more likely to be the source of how Trump has been compromised than a pee pee tape.

DTrash Jr has lost even this low-brow extremist

Uh, Oh, Now Don. Jr Has Lost Fox News’ Napolitano: ‘Warrants Criminal Investigation’

Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox News Monday to claim Donald Trump Jr.‘s meeting with a Russian lawyer (http://www.mediaite.com/online/donald-trump-jr-releases-email-chain-promising-russian-dirt-on-hillary-if-its-what-you-say-i-love-it/) to acquire damaging information on Hillary Clinton in 2016 warrants a criminal investigation — and could even have been felonious had such information been exchanged.

Napolitano started by doling out some advice to the White House, stating “if I could have advised the president, or Donald Trump Jr., I would have said go to Don McGahn.”

Don McGahn is the current White House legal counsel and was general counsel for the now-president’s campaign.

Napolitano said McGahn, if told of Don Jr.’s meeting,

“would have said ‘you want to talk to an ex-KGB/GRU agent and a Russian — person represented as a Russian government lawyer, even though we now know she wasn’t — about research on Hillary?

Tell the FBI, don’t bring those guys in here.'”

http://www.mediaite.com/uncategorized/uh-oh-now-don-jr-has-lost-fox-news-napolitano-warrants-criminal-investigation/

Would have been great if the FBI put a wire on DJTJr and said take the meeting.

Feds fine Exxon $2M for violating Russia sanctions while Tillerson was CEO

The Treasury Department on Thursday fined Exxon Mobil Corp. $2 million for violating sanctions against Russia while now-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson (http://thehill.com/person/rex-tillerson) was CEO of the company.

According to an enforcement filing (https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/CivPen/Documents/20170720_exxonmobil.pdf) from Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC),

Exxon in 2014 signed “eight legal documents related to oil and gas projects in Russia” with Igor Sechin (http://thehill.com/person/igor-sechin), the president of Rosneft, a Moscow-owned oil company, after the U.S. sanctioned Russia for its incursion into Crimea.

President Obama signed an executive order establishing sanctions on Russia on March 16, 2014.

The Treasury Department named Sechin a subject of those sanctions that April.

But, according to Treasury,

"despite these prohibitions and ExxonMobil's global market and sophistication, ExxonMobil moved forward with signing the legal documents with designated person Igor Sechin between on or about May 14, 2014 and on or about May 23, 2014.”

RUH ROH RAGGY!

The FBI has turned over 7,000 documents from Another Weiner's private laptop and it's about to come back and take a huge bite out of Hillary Clinton.

From Fox News:

The FBI has turned over 7,000 new documents from Anthony Weiner’s private laptop to the State Department as part of a watchdog group's lawsuit related to last year's Hillary Clinton email case.

Judicial Watch and State Department representatives appeared in federal court in Washington, D.C., on Thursday over the group's Freedom of Information Act suit seeking Clinton emails from her tenure at the State Department.

It emerged during the hearing that the 7,000 new documents were turned over. The trove is expected to contain some emails sent by Weiner’s estranged wife, Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told Fox News after the hearing that they expect to begin receiving those documents in three months, once the State Department determines whether the Weiner documents are government or personal records.

The State Department was ordered in November to turn over 500 pages of Clinton-related documents a month to Judicial Watch.

But Fitton is not satisfied with the speed of the process, especially now that another 7,000 documents are being added to the pile.

Manafort Was in Debt to Pro-Russia Interests, Cyprus Records Show

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/19/us/politics/paul-manafort-russia-trump.html

=======================

and Trash's Secy of Commerce has deep Cyrpus/Russia connection

Trump's commerce secretary oversaw Russia deal while at Bank of Cyprus

Questions raised over Trump appointee Wilbur Ross and his ties to politically connected Russian oligarchs?

Wilbur Ross, the Trump administration’s new commerce secretary, presided over a deal with a Russian businessman with ties to Vladimir Putin (https://www.theguardian.com/world/vladimir-putin) while serving in his previous role as vice-chairman of the Bank of Cyprus.

The transaction raises questions about Ross’s tenure at the Cypriot bank and his ties to politically connected Russian oligarchs.

It comes amid confirmation (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/mar/20/fbi-director-comey-confirms-investigation-trump-russia) by the FBI that it is investigating possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Moscow (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/jan/10/fbi-chief-given-dossier-by-john-mccain-alleging-secret-trump-russia-contacts) to influence the outcome of the presidential election.

In 2015, while he served as vice-chairman of the Bank of Cyprus, the bank’s Russia-based businesses were sold to a Russian banker and consultant, Artem Avetisyan (http://www.harneys.com/news/press-releases/harneys-cyprus-secures-uniastrum-deal-for-russian-banking-buyer-artem-avetisyan), who had ties to both the Russian president and Russia’s largest bank, Sberbank.

At the time, Sberbank was under US and EU sanctions (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/sep/12/russia-sanctions-us-eu-banks-sberbank-oil-gazprom) following Russia’s annexation of Crimea.

Avetisyan had earlier been selected by Putin to head a new business branch of the Russian president’s strategic initiative agency, which was tasked with improving business and government ties.

Avetisyan’s business partner, Oleg Gref, is the son of Herman Gref, Sberbank’s chief executive officer, and their consultancy has served as a “partner” to Sberbank, according to their website.

Ross had described the Russian businesses – including 120 bank branches in Russia (https://www.theguardian.com/world/russia) – as being worth “hundreds of millions of euros” in 2014 but they were sold with other assets to Avetisyan for €7m (£6m).

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/mar/23/wilbur-ross-russian-deal-bank-of-cyprus-donald-trump-commerce-secretary

Pretty obvious that Ross's fingers in Russian oligarchy Cyprus pie was the reason Trash, probably as dictated by Pootin, put Ross at Commerce.
