Yep.
You actually said Trump would never be indicted or go to jail period but I digress
If that was the bet...why did you abandon this thread and go into hiding when Mueller closed his investigation and didn't put Trump or family in prison?

On Friday, the Department of Justice dropped a key objection to the release of more than 4,500 pages of documents related to the Durham investigation, the Trump-era inquiry into the origins of the FBI’s probe of the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia. The DOJ had previously withheld the records claiming that their disclosure would interfere with an ongoing law enforcement investigation. Instead of filing an anticipated brief that would have defended the withholdings, the department withdrew its assertion of the “ongoing investigation” exemption — strongly suggesting that the Durham investigation has been closed.https://www.americanoversight.org/american-oversight-receives-indication-that-durham-investigation-has-closed

still true :tu
the investigation was properly predicated before the dossier. the surveillance issues are problematic, IG already went into that at length.:rollin
still true :tu
The only thing true about it is that Horowitz said it. He was wrong in his conclusion and I brought this up 3 years ago how an Inspector General was limited in his investigation compared to a Special Counsel.
Crossfire Hurricane was not properly predicated as laid out here by Durham.
Although the Counterintelligence Division did eventually seek information about
Papadopoulos, the Office found no indications from witness testimony, electronic
communications, emails, calendar entries, or other documentation that, at the time, the FBI
gave any consideration to the actual trustworthiness of the information the diplomats received from Papadopoulos - an individual whom they described as, among other things,
"insecure" and "trying to impress" them. The information from Papadopoulos was clearly raw and unevaluated. It was not the
product of normal Intelligence Community collection and analysis, and it lacked the
standard caveats accompanying uncorroborated information from an individual whose
information was being seen for the first time. The information - involving an ongoing
presidential campaign - was precisely the kind of unevaluated information that required
rigorous analysis in order to assess its relevance and value. Nevertheless, the FBI
predicated Crossfire Hurricane and its subsequent investigative activities, including the use
of CHSs, undercover operations and FISA coverage, on the statements attributed to
Papadopoulos.
Thus, at the time of opening Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI had (i) publicly available
information concerning Papadopoulos's role in the campaign as a volunteer foreign policy
adviser, (ii) information obtained from Papadopoulos by the Australian diplomats, (iii)
information about Russia's likely election interference activities, (iv) Trump's public
statements about Russia, and (v) unvetted media reporting on possible ties between Trump
and Russian businessmen. Significantly, beyond this, the FBI's Counterintelligence
Division and its Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not possess any intelligence or other
vetted, corroborated information regarding Trump or his campaign staff colluding with the
Russian government. The FBI OGC Unit Chief who advised on many Crossfire Hurricane
matters and approved the case being opened as a SIM, ("FBI OGC Unit Chief-1") noted that she
lacked "knowledge of alleged ... ties between the Trump campaign and Russia prior to the (Crossfire Hurricane] investigation being formally opened."249 The FBI Inspection Division
Report describes similar statements by others. As noted in that FBI internal review, "[t]his total
lack of intelligence did not appear to have been considered significant [ ]" when opening a full
investigation on persons associated with an active presidential campaign.
As the record now reflects, at the time of the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI did
not possess any intelligence showing that anyone associated with the Trump campaign was in
contact with Russian intelligence officers at any point during the campaign.

The more information that comes out from the OIG investigation into the politicization of the FBI/DOJ the more I am convinced that Mueller purposely assembled a team of Hillary supporters knowing the OIG would be investigating them while they investigated muh Russia. Remember that Trump met with Mueller privately the day before Mueller was named special counsel.
as long as we are digging up old takes about the OIG :lol
tell me though, before the OIG releases their report on the FISA process... if the report doesn't expose this whole thing as an obvious witch-hunt/setup/entrapment, are you going to point to some other unknown future event? as in, are you going to say "this doesn't mean anything! we're still waiting for _______"

Yes, he is an online troll for sure but something tells me, because of his dedication to conspiracies, that it carries over to real life.
Imagine being one of his family members? Fuck, what a sad life!!!
Why does his presence in the country have anything to do with the veracity of the report? Did you read the report/dossier at all?
That is some more of what was confirmed by the document.
Every WHO mentioned in this dossier as having contacts with Russians that people have done any digging about has panned out. I care less about grammar, and more about things that can be verified.
The dossier, for all its faults, is the roadmap for the investigation.
Steele's dossier describes a consistent, high-level effort to coordinate efforts between the Russian government, and the Trump campaign. It names Manafort directly.
The same Manafort at the meeting in Trump tower.
As would be expected with any raw intelligence compilation some of it has been actively corroborated, some not, but the overall assertions contained in this, outside of the pee tape, have begun to be borne out.
If you haven't actually read the whole thing, you probably should.
The Steele Dossier is evidence. Not evidence you like, or consider valid, but it is evidence.
What is interesting is how many things that can be corroborated out of the Steele dossier have panned out, as time goes by.
At this point, I am sadly confident that, as soon as Trump is out of office and not useful to the Russian government anymore, sex tapes of Donny are going to come out.
Pretty much what the Steele dossier alleges. A sustained effort of coordination and intelligence sharing.
Steele dossier details a sustained relationship, with information flowing both ways, and meetings between Trump campaign and various levels of campaign officials.
After Trump has ceased being useful, whatever the Russians have has a good chance of coming out. Putin has enough money, so he might not care if Trumps businesses don't pay back the loans.
At that point, the sheer mayhem that such tapes would create will be irresistible to someone attempting to de-stabilize the western political system, and liberal democracy.
I think the Steele dossier is broadly accurate, as it has proven so far.
Russian intelligence has compromised Donald Trump in some way, and Crooked Donny knows this.
As noted in the dossier, there has been a concerted effort on the part of Russian intelligence services to recruit assets for decades, as they have always done.
Specifically, I think they have given Trump a list of people they find "acceptable" for certain posts, with the criteria "acceptable" being that these people are either Russia-friendly or the Russians have leverage on them. This would explain how so many people in Trumps orbit just "happen" to have Russian ties.
Below Trump there was data flowing back and forth, again outlined fairly clearly in the dossier.
They used data garnered from the RNC databases to give to the Russians for their targeted disinformation campaign. The campaign staff also was used as a conduit to give information on Russian oligarch economic activity to Putin, so he can keep tabs on his "allies".
This was outlined in the Steele Dossier, if you had read it. The attempts by Carter Page and Manafort to coordinate with the Russians was part of that, and both were mentioned, as one of the facts that actually panned out from this document.
Circumstantial ad hominem
Funding source is irrelevant to underlying truth of any claims in them.
I told your dumb ass to look this up, but you can't seem to pass up an opportunity to play in your own waste.
Fallacy occurs when someone uses unsound reasoning to support a claim or argument. Circumstantial Ad Hominem occurs when someone attacks a claim by saying that the person making the claim is only making it because it's in his/her interest or because of his/her circumstances.
Correct critical thinking answer to your question is: Doesn't really matter.
Is the document false because of who paid for it?
Steele's contacts were somewhat unique, which is why he was brought in.
I find it... bizarre... how badly the right wants Steele to be some sort of villain here. Steele has paid an incredible price, as have some of his likely sources[Russian KGB general murdered, spy and daughter poisoned], for coming forward.
IF that dossier was made up out of whole cloth.. Russian intelligence certainly seems to be awfully determined to kill people it knows weren't involved... just sayin
Can you provide some background information on how you came to the conclusion that the FISA warrant "heavily relied" on the Steele Dossier?
That is the problem for the people saying how politically motivated this thing is so it isn't trustworthy.
Everything that can be verified, has been.
Oddly enough, everything in the Steele dossier that can be independently verified... checks out.
So basically the Steele Dossier was right, and the more they dug, the more stuff of what he was doing they found, exactly what one would expect from someone actually doing something wrong that is investigated.
Steele is very credible. That is why you fail.
There has already been collusion, you fuckwitted simpleton.
The Steele dossier outlined a bunch of people in Trumps orbit, including Cohen who met with various Russian officials. Every single one of those meetings was confirmed to one degree or another, but they could never quite find enough on Cohen to 100% confirm it. *from what was available publicly.
So now, Cohen is going to detail just how he committed treason with the Scumbag Donny.
:lol trying to laugh it all off.
You are one deluded chicken fucker.
Steele Dossier is batting 100% when it comes to outlining people related to Trump that colluded with Russia in some way.
What will your dumb ass say when Cohen starts talking about his meeting in Prague, moron?
I think, as the Steele dossier said waaaay back, that there was some high level coordination of efforts, i.e. collusion, with Russian intelligence. I guessed it was data sharing, because there were and are open source reports of such. We are starting to see that, like just about everything else that can be verified, pan out.

Biden can call for another investigation after he wins the election if he wants.
And the blue team should have zero reason to not have the House and Senate behind him if Trump is the red team candidate.
There should be no reason for the blue team to overwhelming go after a new investigation if collusion is a slam dunk.
And spying between Russia and the US is ongoing. We know Chinese spies were at Mar a Lago. We dont know what they got out with.
If you know Russia was given vital secrets to Russia lets see the evidence. I imagine Russia has gotten a lot more through "standard" channels just like we get from their defectors and such.

You left quite a bit out of the story.
Hillary's campaign paid foreign nationals to interfere in our elections.
Hillary's campaign paid for knowingly false information to be fed to the FBI willing to help her interfere in our elections.
FBI completely broke protocol in opening investigation into candidate and then President Trump.
FBI continued to repeatedly break protocol and lie to the FISC to keep investigation open into President Trump when they knew their main source was full of shit.
pure bullshit mixed with a bunch of deflections about what the FBI did. That has nothing to do with the finding of no collusion. The FBI has been exposed for very little comparatively. Its nothing new to have rogue elements. What you put up is minor league comparatively.
Trump and his stupid ramblings beg to be investigated you fkn idiot.
Thats why the Mar a Lago stuff should be a slam dunk if we actually get a sane jury.
Trump outs himself. He has always asked to be investigated.

Durham had access to evidence/testimony of what started investigation that Horowitz didn't have.
And with that power and access, he didn't discover anything actionable Horowitz didn't already discover. At the end of the day, Clinesmith was the only guilty party, something that came directly from Horowitz.
Dumb question.
"He broke with Trump on several key points"
Your own quote proves Trump wasn't completely wrong.
It's built on your premise, which I'm pointing out is indeed dumb. You're the one advancing Durham must be correct and anybody that disagrees is completely wrong (your words) because he "had access to evidence/testimony" and "have power of grand jury to produce evidence/testimony."
So under your premise, if Durham is correct on Barr, Mueller and election interference, Trump is completely wrong on that, right?

Mueller didn't put anyone in jail for colluding with Russia...aka Russiagate. Mueller stated no one colluded with Russia. Durham went further and said Crossfire Hurricane was not properly predicated and should never have been opened based on the evidence they used. Darrin is correct. It was all bulllshit.
Mueller certainly did put people in jail as part of his Russian interference investigation. Both him and Durham agreed that Russian interference was indeed real and had substantial evidence. So it wasn't all bullshit. Again, people don't go to jail for bullshit.
If you want to constrict this to just collusion with Russia, that's your thing, but that wasn't merely the extent of the Mueller investigation, as you know very well.
You're also incorrect on Durham. Durham did say a preliminary investigation should've been opened. What he disagreed with was on a full investigation.

So now, Cohen is going to detail just how he committed treason with the Scumbag Donny.
trying to laugh it all off.
We are starting to see that, like just about everything else that can be verified, pan out.

mueller (again) did NOT conclude that trump and russia did not collude
he concluded that a trump and russia CONSPIRACY was not able to be proven in court as there is a really high bar and all his ducks were not in a row - MAINLY BECAUSE EVERY TRUMP TEAM MEMBER LIED about their contacts including trump
he did conclude that THERE WAS PLENTY OF ILLICIT CONTACTS between trump/russia with russia helping trump and hurting hrc
and trump team willingly accepting the help
the reason trump and russia ingrained the word “collusion” in our language/culture is because they are well aware that “collusion” is not an actual law that can be obeyed or broken
but the examples i gave already many times are the definition of collusion
they were playing for the same team - trump and russia
trumpers and russians always point to “no collusion” as if that makes trumps unpatriotic actions acceptable
they are not
as for classified docs in russias hands- we dont know yet- hopefully jack smith uncovers trumps treasonous actions regarding his stealing of the usa secrets

You're trying to drag this into the weeds when my statement of Horowitz being wrong was specific to the investigation being properly predicated.
But it isn't wrong, because "properly predicated" in that context is merely an opinion. In terms of illegality or criminality, there was none, otherwise Durham would've prosecuted.
He didn't, because despite whatever tools were afforded to him, there was nothing illegal there. I know this doesn't work for your conspiracy of a shadow and corrupt FBI, but it is what it is.
Outside of Clinesmith, the other two cases he prosecuted were for lying to the FBI, which he couldn't prove.
Under the same premise and with the results at hand, one could also conclude that the Durham investigation was also not "properly predicated", considering he didn't find anything improper on it, and that whatever recommendations about internal procedures at the FBI in his report were already in place by the time he made his report available.
I'm not incorrect on Durham. Crossfire Hurricane was not a preliminary investigation, it was a full investigation. Crossfire Hurricane was not properly predicated therefore it should never have been opened. No clue why you are trying to argue this point.
All investigations start as preliminary, then move on to a full investigation if warranted. This isn't rocket science. As Mueller proved and Durham agreed, there was enough evidence of interference to conduct an investigation.
You could argue the investigation shouldn't have included collusion from the GOP, but that's an opinion, nothing more. The allegation was directly tied to interference, so it makes sense it would be investigated as well.

As for including the GOP. You have meetings with Russians that were lied about and Trump himself went and thanked the Russians publicly asking for more.
There was good reason to suspect collusion. They couldn't prove it so they refrained. Given the DoJ won't take a case unless they think they can without a doubt win it, there is still ambiguity as to what really went on.

Nope. Running a proven racist who hates queers and fag marriage who SWORE people DONT change was the most insulting fucking thing I've ever seen from a candidate till Trump tried running for re-election.

He's going to flood the airwaves with all the shit the Alt Left is doing here on the West Coast- specifically allowing junkies to openly kill themselves on the street while the working and middle classes suffered through the largest crime wave spike in 30 years and are footing the bill.
There are not 3 metroplexes in any red state that are remotely comparable to the deaths Portland, Seattle, Spokane, San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland and all of Southern California are suffering due to insanely poor policy that is basic negligence and not a cent of the saved funds are going to fix the drug problem, the homeless problem, the wealth divide or anything.
These are nothing short of crimes against humanity and a concentrated genocide due to neglect while the tax-paying citizens and businesses move from these inhabitable shitholes. There is no way around that, yet the media wants us to worry about Florida. 350 people aren't dying a night on Florida streets due to drug overdose. There's no spinning it, Team Blue is going to have to atone for all of this misery and bloodshed and planned genocide. It is what is is. Blue policy has absolutely failed everyone in every major Blue stronghold.

2. Detroit, Michigan
3. Little Rock, Arkansas
4. Pueblo, Colorado
5. Tacoma, Washington
6. Kansas City, Missouri

8. St. Louis, Missouri
9. Cleveland, Ohio
10. Springfield, Missouri

The first California town is Stockton at #15, and then you won't see any other until #68, which is still not one of the big metro areas.
On the other hand, plenty of red cities and states in there, including the top spot.

I don't really care what adult people choose to do with their own lives. Plus, it's not like junkies aren't everywhere in the country. Some States simply put them in jail so they die there, which pretty much amounts to not really addressing anything, but simply getting it out of public view.

You clearly don't understand predication when it comes to these investigations. The FBI has to follow guidelines given by the Attorney General.
"Predicated investigations that concern federal crimes or threats to the national security are
subdivided into preliminary investigations and full investigations. Preliminary investigations
may be initiated on the basis of any allegation or information indicative of possible criminal or
national security-threatening activity, but more substantial factual predication is required for full
investigations."
3. Circumstances Warranting Investigation
A predicated investigation may be initiated on the basis of any of the following
circumstances:
a. An activity constituting a federal crime or a threat to the national security
has or may have occurred, is or may be occurring, or will or may occur and
the investigation may obtain information relating to the activity or the
involvement or role of an individual, group, or organization in such
activity.
b. An individual, group, organization, entity, information, property, or
activity is or may be a target of attack, victimization, acquisition,
infiltration, or recruitment in connection with criminal activity in violation
of federal law or a threat to the national security and the investigation may
obtain information that would help to protect against such activity or
threat.
c. The investigation may obtain foreign intelligence that is responsive to a
foreign intelligence requirement
b. Full Investigations
i. Predication Required for Full Investigations
A full investigation may be initiated if there is an articulable
factual basis for the investigation that reasonably indicates that a
circumstance described in paragraph 3.a.-.b. exists or if a
circumstance described in paragraph 3.c. exists.
ii. Methods Allowed in Full Investigations
All lawful methods may be used in a full investigation.
https://www.justice.gov/archive/opa/docs/guidelines.pdf
Crossfire Hurricane was never warranted to be opened. There was no articulable factual basis for the investigation, that isn't an opinion, that is a statement of fact based on the Attorney General guidelines.
At this point I can't figure out of you are trolling or not.
Why does his presence in the country have anything to do with the veracity of the report? Did you read the report/dossier at all?
--
That is some more of what was confirmed by the document.
Every WHO mentioned in this dossier as having contacts with Russians that people have done any digging about has panned out. I care less about grammar, and more about things that can be verified.
The dossier, for all its faults, is the roadmap for the investigation.
--
Steele's dossier describes a consistent, high-level effort to coordinate efforts between the Russian government, and the Trump campaign.
--
The Steele Dossier is evidence. Not evidence you like, or consider valid, but it is evidence.
--
What is interesting is how many things that can be corroborated out of the Steele dossier have panned out, as time goes by.
At this point, I am sadly confident that, as soon as Trump is out of office and not useful to the Russian government anymore, sex tapes of Donny are going to come out.
--
Pretty much what the Steele dossier alleges. A sustained effort of coordination and intelligence sharing.
--
Steele dossier details a sustained relationship, with information flowing both ways, and meetings between Trump campaign and various levels of campaign officials.
--
After Trump has ceased being useful, whatever the Russians have has a good chance of coming out. Putin has enough money, so he might not care if Trumps businesses don't pay back the loans.
At that point, the sheer mayhem that such tapes would create will be irresistible to someone attempting to de-stabilize the western political system, and liberal democracy.
--
I think the Steele dossier is broadly accurate, as it has proven so far.
--
They used data garnered from the RNC databases to give to the Russians for their targeted disinformation campaign.
--
Circumstantial ad hominem
Funding source is irrelevant to underlying truth of any claims in them.
I told your dumb ass to look this up, but you can't seem to pass up an opportunity to play in your own waste.
Fallacy occurs when someone uses unsound reasoning to support a claim or argument. Circumstantial Ad Hominem occurs when someone attacks a claim by saying that the person making the claim is only making it because it's in his/her interest or because of his/her circumstances.
Correct critical thinking answer to your question is: Doesn't really matter.
Is the document false because of who paid for it?
--
Steele's contacts were somewhat unique, which is why he was brought in.
--
I find it... bizarre... how badly the right wants Steele to be some sort of villain here. Steele has paid an incredible price, as have some of his likely sources[Russian KGB general murdered, spy and daughter poisoned], for coming forward.
IF that dossier was made up out of whole cloth.. Russian intelligence certainly seems to be awfully determined to kill people it knows weren't involved... just sayin
--
Can you provide some background information on how you came to the conclusion that the FISA warrant "heavily relied" on the Steele Dossier?
--
That is the problem for the people saying how politically motivated this thing is so it isn't trustworthy.
Everything that can be verified, has been.
--
Oddly enough, everything in the Steele dossier that can be independently verified... checks out.
--
So basically the Steele Dossier was right, and the more they dug, the more stuff of what he was doing they found, exactly what one would expect from someone actually doing something wrong that is investigated.
--
Steele is very credible. That is why you fail.
--
There has already been collusion, you fuckwitted simpleton.
--
trying to laugh it all off.
You are one deluded chicken fucker.
Steele Dossier is batting 100% when it comes to outlining people related to Trump that colluded with Russia in some way.
What will your dumb ass say when Cohen starts talking about his meeting in Prague, moron?
--
I think, as the Steele dossier said waaaay back, that there was some high level coordination of efforts, i.e. collusion, with Russian intelligence. I guessed it was data sharing, because there were and are open source reports of such. We are starting to see that, like just about everything else that can be verified, pan out.
--
RandomGuy you keep coming in the thread and forgetting to choose your favorite Steele dossier quote. If you don't answer soon I'll be forced to use your tactic of spamming this whole post in every non-related thread I see you posting in. Stop being a pussy and pick one.

I understand it clearly. Who determines if "there is an articulable factual basis for the investigation that reasonably indicates that a circumstance described..."?
"Reasonably indicates" is a pretty open ended standard, and basically based entirely on opinion of the people reviewing the evidence. In other words, it's entirely discretional.
At this point I can't figure out if you don't read what you post, or just don't understand what you read.

At this point I can't figure out if you don't read what you post, or just don't understand what you read. You clearly don't understand it. If you did understand it you wouldn't have asked who determines if there is an articulable factual basis for the investitation. Did you not read the link to the Attorney General guidelines I linked or did you just not understand it? It literally says who can determine it and who needs to be notified.
In this case it was Peter Strzok who determined there was an articulable factual basis for the investigation based on statements made by Papadopolous. The FBI didn't even interview Papadopolous and opened a full investigation 3 days after receiving the tip on Papadopolous. When Durham was given access to the evidence and investigative steps it was absolutely clear that the Attorney General guidelines were not followed and Crossfire Hurricane was not properly predicated.
What should have happened was a preliminary investigation would have been opened on Papadopolous, an interview/interrogation with Papadopolous would have occurred, and after that the FBI would have found out Papadopolous had zero credible information and zero contacts with Russians. Preliminary investigation would have been closed.

Here is my example to show your stupidity:
If someone credible from australia calls the FBI - especially an Australian intel agent who is trained- you dumbshit -
and this intel agent reports that he heard me making all kinds of allegations -
and that I was working on Obamas campaign or bidens campaign and the iranians were mentioned and I said that the iranians were going to attack - the GOP offices and were going to flood the zone with shit to hurt the GOP candidate-and that these same Iranians were going to help the Obama/Biden campaign and hurt the GOP candidate -
the FBI would EVALUATE this report from australia
then
they would see what OTHER info and reports and intel had been surfacing lately...they would check with their other australian counterparts, the brits, the israelis, etc...
from there they would pick up that i had also emailed some iranian dudes and had also given a speech on hating america
then they would have found that another dude named Parter Tage had also been in iran and had openly criticised the usa and this same Parter Tage dude was also working for the obama/biden campaign
the FBI would eventually decide that there was enough SMOKE to start an investigation to SEE WHERE IT WOULD LEAD -
It would NOT mean:
a)that they were SPYING ON ME
b)that they violated my rights
c)that they WERE OBLIGATED TO INTERVIEW ME -(as this would just tip me off and i would disappear into fucking TEHRAN)
d)that the FBI was corrupt
e)that some FBI schmuck having a texting session with their girl who hated obama was some deep state corrupt douche
- it would simply mean that that fbi douche was unprofessional in his job and was cheating on his wife - this so-called
"exculpatory" evidence would NOT mean that the FBI had to stop investigating my treason - or leave the country unprotected- it would simply mean that the fbi had some unprofessionals that need some basic discipline - no matter how hard gym jordan or ant other traitor tries to convince you otherwise you moron...
or any of your FUCKING IDIOCIES
They would be correct in NOT EVEN INTERVIEWING ME - YET STILL INVESTIGATING ME
because they were obligated to PROTECT THE COUNTRY from my POSSIBLE SPYING FOR THE IRANIANS

That's the guy running the investigation. Of course he isn't going to follow protocol and of course he opened a full investigation.
But this is exactly what I'm pointing out: It's entirely discretionary, and it's spelled out in the text you quoted and bolded.
Peter Strzok made that determination and there was nothing illegal or breaching any of the AG guidelines you posted. Otherwise, Peter Strzok would've been prosecuted, but obviously he was not.
His texts about his personal feelings are simply not evidence of any improper conduct. You're just (again) trying to connect dots. Pretty sure odds are there's a good number of GOP-leaning agents in the FBI as well, and it doesn't automatically mean there's a grand conspiracy, which is what you continue to claim.

--
The Steele Dossier is evidence.
--
They used data garnered from the RNC databases to give to the Russians for their targeted disinformation campaign.
--
Circumstantial ad hominem
--
trying to laugh it all off.
-- RandomGuy pick your favorite Steel quote. I’ve got it down to my 3 favorites but can’t pick just 1 quite yet. I want you to reveal your favorite before I reveal mine.

The problem is that you would need to prove Peter Strzok made attempts to make that happen. And clearly, Durham, despite all the resources available to him, as you noted, couldn't find evidence of that.

Appreciate you bumping the thread though...gives RandomGuy another chance to answer...or dodge.
--
The Steele Dossier is evidence.
--
They used data garnered from the RNC databases to give to the Russians for their targeted disinformation campaign.
--
Circumstantial ad hominem
--
trying to laugh it all off.

And, obviously, that decreasing trend happened with both Red and Blue in power.

Your attempts to conflate actual Russian interference with the Russiagate hoax are amusing.
Here I a TSA Style rebuttal that does not take forever:
Mr Mueller to look into:
The Russian government's efforts to interfere in the election
Any links or co-ordination between Russia and Trump campaign-linked individuals
Any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation
His investigation ventured into work done by former Trump advisers and Russian nationals. Thirty-four people have been charged with wrongdoing.
What did he find?
Mr Mueller's 448-page report (https://www.justice.gov/storage/report.pdf) said it had not established that the Trump campaign criminally conspired with Russia to influence the election.
However, it did detail 10 instances where Mr Trump had possibly attempted to impede the investigation and stated the report did not exonerate Mr Trump.
Mr Mueller reiterated that in a rare statement following the end of the inquiry and said legal guidelines prevent the indictment of a sitting president. He said if his team had had confidence that Mr Trump "clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so".
The real problem Imo was Schiff jumping the gun. There was so much Russian meddling and Trump asking for the Russians to find info that Schiff assumed this orange idiot of a thug had enough brains to actually set up something that really would be collusion.

Now you will need to create a new lie of why I stopped posting to continue your failed schtick®️. So what’s the new reason I stopped posting before January 6th?
Welcome to the "take me at my word, I was working in korea, not hiding 3 weeks, 2 months, several months before J6" rodeo, please come again.

Strzok was accused of nothing by Durham? :rollin At least I can finally confirm you've been trolling this whole time.
:lol Of course he wasn't. What did Durham prosecute him for? And if he didn't, in your own words, why not?
This is not really complicated.

Im sorry man. Our crime rate has risen 30 points. And youre saying its not bad.
I get it, you have some money so you're insulated from the grit and probably dont care because teams and whatnot. I do the sams here. I live in the lowest crime rate town in California from the very northern borders to right about Billionairesville. But I cant turn a blind eye to whats happening here. Im sad you can.
30% increase in crime after a 25 year decline is a bad look, period. Red or blue, chief. Im a little saddened youre as tone deaf fo what the lower classes here are suffering and you seemingly abide by shameless classism. Be better, Nono. Or, just be honest.
You brought up the 90s, not me. Now you're trying to run away from it. A 30 point increase between 2020 and 2022 isn't good, but it's still substantially less than the 90s. I mean, by a whole lot.
I live in Los Angeles, so there's nothing to be insulated about. The biggest issue in LA, at least, isn't crime. It's about the same rate of any big city. The biggest issue here is housing and cost of living.
Was reading a poll recently, 70% of Californians want to stay and live in California, but only ~40% can afford to. That is ultimately the problem that needs to be addressed. And that's exactly what I tell people here when they ask: living in California is awesome, but you need to be able to afford it.
If what is happening now in California was due to Red representation, we'd be fucking Florida right now so far as MSM goes, or some other insignificant pissant red state with a few million population with no tax base.
DeSantis doesnt have shit on my Governor. Gavin Newsome is probably the most powerful and dangerous politician today and is too smart to step away from this orfice to pursue a likited Federal career when he has an open vault he can rob and genocide.
Newsome is lucky that the GOP imploded and moved further right, which makes them unelectable in any state with majority college educated people. That's largely the case in California.
It's actually sad watching republican nominees running as pretend-Democrats, and still losing badly because nobody is buying the con.

I mean, let's put this in context here. Florida isn't a traditionally Red state. Didn't Obama carry it back to back? It's a battleground State that currently is leaning right due to the boomer retirees/transplants.
The prototypical Red states are Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee.. these are amongst the poorest, most uneducated and crime riddled States in the nation.
So when we talk about "conscience", the nightmare scenario is turning into one of those States, tbh...

--
The Steele Dossier is evidence.
--
They used data garnered from the RNC databases to give to the Russians for their targeted disinformation campaign.
--
Circumstantial ad hominem
--
trying to laugh it all off.

I do see you are begging for more of my time than I care to give you. That makes me happy. Seven mentions means you really think you have something here, and are more than a bit butthurt about Trump being indicted.
What is funny to me is that your attack here is based on the fetid-garbage beliefs about reality that you have. In this sewer the Steele dossier was completely made up and nothing in it was right. Because that is the kind of thing that the right wing does, it thinks everybody else operates that way.
In the end Trump is still a traitor, and is still a criminal. Deal with that. The STeele dossier, as I mentioned above details several meetings between Trumpers and Russians.
Russia for its part despises democracy an the US in general. Trump was seen as a way to damage both, and was actively supported by Russia. That is indisputable.
Trumps sucks, and even Russia knows it. :rollin
In this sewer the Steele dossier was completely made up and nothing in it was right."the Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any of the substantive allegations contained in the Steele reporting." :rollin
The STeele dossier, as I mentioned above details several meetings between Trumpers and Russians. You mentioned a lot fucking more than that about the Steele dossier. Just man up and say you 100% fell for the bullshit Steele dossier. Pretending you didn't is an embarrassing look.

McGonigal retired from the FBI in September 2018 after exploiting his job as head of the New York Counterintelligence Division to compile what authorities called a "Rolodex of rogues" from whom he could profit as a private citizen.
In addition to the Deripaska case, McGonigal pleaded guilty earlier this year to Washington, D.C., to secretly accepting $225,000 (https://themessenger.com/news/former-fbi-spy-catcher-charles-mcgonigal-pleads-guilty-to-secretly-taking-225000-from-albanian-intel-officer) from an Albanian government official while working for the FBI.
