Safe doses for these meds have been known for decades. Decades old studies of the safe doses for these drugs are right at your (and researchers) fingertips. To my knowledge, peer reviewed studies have not shown any of them to be effective against SARS-CoV-2. CQ use has been decreasing in Africa since the year 2000 or so; there's a drug resistance issue there.
